Key Job Responsibilities
As an Associate in this role, you will:
- Observe stowing actions at a fulfillment center through video footage.
- Understand the content thoroughly and use your judgement along with provided tools and resources to indicate the activity captured in the video.
- Verify or mark the location of products through a tool while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.
- Help maintain the fulfillment center’s stow quality by performing precise and thorough video/image annotations.
You are expected to demonstrate:

- Pace of implementation and consistency in performance.
- Ability to annotate video-based jobs for prolonged periods.
- Ability to work with remote teams and be an exceptionally good team player.
A Day in the Life
GO-AI Associates work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts. Associates work a 9-hour shift, including breaks, and shift timings may change quarterly or as per business requirements. If working a night shift, a night shift allowance is provided as per Amazon’s work policy. The work week consists of 5 days with 2 consecutive days off, which may not necessarily be Saturday and Sunday.
About the Team
GO-AI offers human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities by enabling hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos and images. Short videos (typically between 15 and 20 seconds) are reviewed and annotated by humans for business use, helping to maintain stow quality at the fulfillment center.
Basic Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- 0 – 2 years of experience in any good logical reasoning skills.
